can u have a created team in owner mode?
also can you use your created playbook in franchise and if so how?

No on the first question.....
For the second question, when you go to play a game, press O (PS2) on the controller/team select... Highlight "offensive playbook", go all the way down and you'll find your playbook... Click it and your done.....

I have a created team in my franchise too.....
