Madden you had the most fun with and Madden you had the least fun with.

Most fun: Madden 04 - Training camp, owner mode, great gameplay. That and NCAA 06 were a blast to play.

Least: Probably 08. It was great because it was the first game I played on my new PS3 so it had some luster to it. But in hindsight, it was probably one of the worst ones.

Most: Probably a tie between 2005 and '10.

Least: '07. I'm sorry but that shotgun sound bull**** when I caught a long pass exemplified the disastrous direction of that game. I'm not sure how that David Ortiz fellow ever ended up in charge. Seems like he really screwed last-gen Madden during its early development.

While the game ,from the little I played did have some merits,I don't think it was as much the lack of editing or even 32 team control as much as the A.I. issues,play calling and other bugs that made it troublesome.

Nothing was worse than getting into season three or four and freeze every time you try to advance. Madden 12 was a close second with the rain game every single game of franchise. Even with M13's playcalling issues, I still ended up playing more seasons of it than any other Madden.

I'm a guy who is looking to play about 98% of the game in Connected Careers as a QB. Would you say it's worth it to maybe go cheap and move away from M11 to M13 for just the career mode? Or do the glitches make it a waste of time?
