I am not sure if it crosses over between platforms. If it is on the same console it depends when you purchased it. It last exactly one year. Sometimes it overlaps the same game

I just purchased a subscription to Season Ticket earlier this week, so this will be my first game to download the early release. How do I go about doing that tomorrow when it is realeased? Will it be available in the PS Store or will I need to do something else?

You go to Easports Central. There will be a countdown to when the download will be available.
