Madden 25 : Player marketing questions

Hello there, I have some questions regarding Madden 25 and the Player Marketing feature.

What is player marketing in general terms?

Can I specify a budget to market a certain prospect?

What affects player marketing, how is calculated and do the numbers change month on month? i.e.:

Player's popularity * fan support / 100 - (bad news in the press + -bad morale)

Finally, lets say you want to buy a player, do you have to do any deals relating to player marketing?

Ie: I want to sign Player XYZ, but XYZ wants 10% cut of merchandise sales?

In our online franchise I have the 49ers. We have traded for suh....and he has a 99 personality rating. But for some reason his jerseys are not listed as a product that we sell. I sure could use the extra funds from week to week. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
