Offline franchise co-op?

Mistakenly posted this under Sliders, reposting here.

Can anyone confirm whether or not you will be able to play coop in an offline franchise this year? It disappeared in M13 and was pretty much the sole reason I played Madden.

Specifically I am referring to setting up a franchise and then playing out the games with a friend, both playing on the same team. (I am not referring to having multiple custom players in a game.)

I am also interested in finding this out. Everything I've read points to no but I can't find anything definitive.

Yeah me and a buddy were playing together at his house on Saturday. We each play safety and we were having a blast as the Saints.

You guys do know they patched that for Madden 13 about a month or two after it came out? I played multiple seasons co-op.

I didn't know. I skipped that game. It looked like [from user reviews here, videos on Youtube, etc.] like it was more of a beta for Madden 25 than a game worth dropping $60 on.

I am glad to hear there is co-op in Madden 25. I just bought it on Amazon.
