Carolina. Defensive line has deadly rush but you need to build the secondary and offensive line and WR corps through drafts and FA.

Jacksonville. Good defense, just need more offensive weapons and QB.

New York. Good d, not the best o, and need a new QB or 2.

Arizona is in all kinds of trouble. Aging WR, bad QBs, injured first round rookie pick that was supposed to help offensive line, not the best run game.

Re: Teams to rebuild in CFM

I think there are some interesting choices for rebuilds this year.

Dallas - Not a typical answer, but I think it could be fun. Blow this whole thing up from Jason Garrett and Tony Romo to DeMarcus Ware.

Arizona - Carson Palmer is the textbook definition of washed up, and I think they have a shot to be pretty bad this year.

Buffalo - I just don't think they're very good.

Jets - These guys are a total trainwreck.

Jacksonville - Because

Oakland - Because

If I was you, I would sim the first year and see which of these teams ends up with a top 5 pick, and go from there. If you're doing a rebuild, you won't want to play until you do some roster management of your own anyways.

Re: Teams to rebuild in CFM

Every team that didn't win the SB last year.

Edit: But seriously the Rams are clearly the best choice. 2 stud DE's. Stud MLB. Great CB drafted last year. Loaded w/ young talent on offense like Givens, Austin, Quick, Richardson. Easy choice.

I think jags are the most ready to relocate if that's what you're interested in. An unhappy MJD could be a trade chip, as well as a problematic WR in Justin Blackmon. You have two bookend tackles.

Rams w/ there picks (with imported classes) would be fun to add two first rounders from the 2014 draft, very young team.

Lastly, I think the Steelers, to youthenize (get younger) that team would be a fun transition

Chargers, Raiders have no identity.

Patriots could be fun if you sim a few years. Brady retires and it's time to build that team from scratch

Re: Teams to rebuild in CFM

Broncos, and i know your asking yourself "why"? Well, lets see:

-Manning wont last more than a year or 2 in game...if its anything like past versions he will retire after one year. After that 1 year QB is in question with Dysert and Osweiler(sp?).

-Corner is a "?" mark because Champ is also 1 or 2 years away from hanging up the boots, and you are only supposed to have Rodgers-Cromartie for 1 season (dunno if madden will actually follow the actual contract lengths) so if RC degresses you have immediate issues there. If you move Champ to saftey, you need a legit #1 corner.

-With DOOM gone, the only bright spot on the front line is Derek Wolfe, whole front end needs to be rebuilt

-Safteys can be a problem, after year one you lose Jammer and that can hurt. You can always move Champ here if need be

-And last but not least, the O-line needs a new center and right tackle.

For the first year, you can go all the way, but beyond that, the list lays it all out. Forgive me if i am wrong, i have not looked over the ratings for each player, i am basing this off of real life issues.
