PS3 Retail version running slow?

The fact that this is even an issue at all for some is laughable. To release a widespread product that needs a patch before you can play it ridiculous. Guess it's another year with Madden 10 for me. At least that works and in some ways is still a better game.

how can the invisible player issue be a connection problem???? I've seen that posted in bugs and glitches thread???? I could see the freezing MAYBE!!! and running slow but not the invisible player part.... esp since it was fixed in the early release version.

also I heard the d/led version works fine but only difference is its on your harddrive and not a disc???

Ive had no freezing or slow loading or slow screen OR invisible players on my retail version on ps3. Thats what I'm saying
