Is there already a roster update as soon as you buy the game? Once I get it tomorrow I wanna start a franchise right away but can't unless there's new rosters.

yes its already out but not much has changed a few jersey numbers a few added to fa ppl but are actually on teams.

Is it legit enough to start my owner mode franchise? Also should I stay away from importing draft classes from ncaa?

It's okay. Fa is very weak at some positions. Draft class porting is smooth this year.
