Defense

Is playing defense in this version ridiculously hard or is it just me? It seems like its impossible to stop the offense. I can't get a tackle on the easiest of plays and the offense just runs it down the field. I have to depend on turnovers.

It does not seem realistic at all. What do you guys think?

Its pretty bad right out the gate but sliders have improved it a lot. Funny thing is that the penalty sliders are having the most effect as it appears the higher/lower the setting affects the players AI (Ex. move Defense Pass Inference to 0 then test; move it to 100 then test; plays real different).

Other thing I started doing was using the feature that lets you guess what the offense is doing (cant think of the name). But basically hit L2 then use the right stick (down for run middle, up for pass d, etc). I never used the feature before, as it felt like it was too overpowered, but it feels like its mandatory to use this year. In my small sample size of games I've played the pass d works a lot better when guessing then not choosing anything at all.

The pass defense and defense overall is way better then Ncaa football 14. I play online only and my defense is pretty good. Though it can be difficult against people who really know how to play offense and have those few money plays.

What defense? It doesnt work, its not fun to play either. what a mess
