Any idea when Madden 25 will be available for purchase digitally?

Surprised it's not a day one release. Unless it's a deal between EA and Major Retailers?

There are never any day one releases on the Xbox marketplace. It's usually about a month before games are available for download.

Microsoft store is selling the disc? I didn't know they sell products from other companies. I saw something about EA Season Pass and downloading early release of Madden 25. So what happens after they download it? They have to wait a month to play again?

Yes, you can download Madden 25 from PSN for PS3.

Like I mentioned in another thread about download version...NCAA 14 came on marketplace to download about 3-4 weeks after retail release. Tiger Woods game came nearly 2 months after. You never know when it's coming on marketplace, seems to be random. I always did wonder why Microsoft doesn't put it on there on day 1 like PSN.

Thanks for the education. I've been absent from Live since the new year and the Xbox in general. Decided to pick up a 120gb HD and got a seriously discounted Live membership and figured this would be a Day One Release as it is on PSN. I had a PS3 but it died and no interest to reacquire at this time (it could not be fixed).

Figured I would end the 360 era by going digital with this year's annual sports' titles. Guess I'll start with NCAA. Still surprising Madden 25 is not available digitally at launch.
