Absolute noob question

You sir have made my day, and my career a whole lot clearer. Now i have something to reference i should be on my way nicely. I have been putting babin on the block and trading Griffin from the vikings for a 5th, his rating is 80ish and hes only 25, i thought of that as a good peice of business. The other two i sign are Moss and Brandon Banks. Moss is good with the catching, very good actually. And banks dosent get much WR time, but on the returns he is often unstoppable.
