Scheme Doesn't Change After Coach is Fired

So I noticed that the Bengals coach, Marvin Lewis who uses a 4-3 defensive alignment was fired after the season. The CPU controlled team replaced him with a generated coach who uses a 3-4 defense. With this change Geno Atkins is switched by the CPU from a DT to a RE which would fit the new alignment which seems like it is working as intended.

The problem is that the team player scheme did NOT change with it. So in the Bengals case, the RE type remained as a Speed Rusher, and not your typical 3-4 Versatile or 3-4 Run Stopping type. So on the depth chart, Geno Atkins who is arguably one of the best interior DL is sitting at the bottom of the depth chart.

Is this a bug? Didn't this happen last year? Any suggestions for a fix or workaround?

32 team control. Search forum for threads on how to do that if you aren't familiar with doing it. Schemes work no better this year than last, however. Regardless of what the coachs scheme is I don't think he'll even use the 3-4 book unless you do 32 team control.

The CPU actually changed Atkins' position from DT to RE? Or did they just have him listed at RE on the depth chart?
