Install onto hard drive from disc??

Is there any reason I would want to install the game onto my 320gig hard drive? Will it load quicker or play smoother..? Not that I'm having any issues... Just wondering.. I noticed the option to install the game? Why would I do this?

I did it because loading off a hard drive SHOULD be A LOT faster than a game disc. I honestly don't notice that much of a difference but when it's the only game you're playing and we have a new console coming out in a couple months, you might as well do it. Doesn't hurt.

It will help your disc drive and the laser to last a lot longer, along with helping with how much heat your console produces.
