I started my coach CCM with the Cowboys, wanting to play in coach mode. The first preseason game worked. However, when I go to play the second game, I find that I can't play "coach mode" and just call the plays. I didn't go anywhere near the settings between games, so I don't know what happened.

Go out to the main settings screen before you go into your FRA and see if coach mode turned off in there.

I did. Coach mode is still on.
