Player Progression XP Question

Are there any AWR penalties or anything for moving a player's position multiple times? I read somewhere that there are supposed to be attribute penalties for position changes, but not sure I've noticed them happening.

I progress XP every 4 weeks for my starters in offline CFM. Backups (save for a few key guys I am keying on for development to a starters role) I do every 8 weeks (so half way through the season and end of season).

Online CFM League....every week.

I auto-progress. I don't like this whole concept of leveling up. I don't want to be able to decide what attributes get better. It doesn't feel realistic if I can just go fix whatever weakness a player has. I enjoy it more when development has a more organic feel (if that's the right word). I like the idea of directing training to a certain area, to TRY to improve a weakness, but the idea I can just decide specifically what happens to the ratings doesn't work for me. Just give me the ability to edit all ratings if you are going to give me god control anyway.

Only if you keep them at the new position... Not when u switch them back. Since EA doesn't allow you to see what the changes will be until you officially change positions that would suck... I'm baffled how EA makes Madden and NCAA but NCAA gets it right with this stuff and Madden lags behind.

What do you mean? You have to change the position of a player to then go back and give them player upgrades, before switching them back. Do the attribute penalties happen at a certain point in the season?

for defence awr means nothing unless they are KR/PR
