I thought it came preset with Auto-save off? My CFM's never autosave.. I didn't know that was an option. Gotta look into that

I had this same problem and couldn't figure it out. When the op said that he discovered the answer but didnt provide what he did to resolve it, that gave me hope to keep trying. Here is the solution for anyone else who may have the same problem. Go to the main menu, select connected franchise (do not select continue franchise, go to the left one screen and select connected franchise which is right above the skills trainer). Navigate to the far left where it says resume offline/online franchise and select this option. Load your saved file and enjoy.
