Is IR still broken

Ive been waiting for EA to post an accurate roster with current injuries which todays was supposed to accompolish. Every which way I create a connected franchise it still only has Suggs on IR, no one else. Am I doing something wrong or is it still not working properly?

Yea its broke, I created a thread with the similar question, so did someone else on here. Expect this thread to be closed
