Does anyone have the stadium ratings for each team at the start of season 1? Or a list of teams that may relocate early on? I do somewhat enjoy relocating teams. I know the Rams can be relocated during pre-season of the 1st season.

Teams that can 'relocate' under the normal settings include at least the jags + rams, possibly others.

I've seen the vikes and falcs rebuild stadiums in year 1 as well.

More importantly, you can relocate any team year one. Just turn on 'everyone' for relocation, start the relocation in stadium in preseason week 1, then go back to options and turn relocation to normal (or off) before advancing to preseason week 2 .

They only teams that I've seen actually relocate have been the ones we hear about in rumors, like the Jags, Rams, Chargers and Vikings.

I have seen the Raiders relocate in season 1

When theNiners move to their new stadium in the second season, it's ranked at number 1 without much competition.
