Why can't Madden update like NCAA ?

NCAA has uniform updates every week it seems. Why can't Madden update wrong uniforms? More importantly , it seems the Patriots have a new logo in their end zone this year. It seems like such an easy fix, but somehow it never gets addressed. Is it do to the fact that since their is no title slated for NCAA on next gen that those guys have more time to update? I hope someone can shed more light on this subject
