Back in the summer when NCAA 2004 came out I created some 'real life' prospects for the 2004 recruiting class in my dynasty. I used info from the web etc to make some of the top guys.

Anyhow, I am in 2009 with my Bears franchise in Madden and I was looking today at the rookie of the year voting. Well two players: QB Chad Henne (Eagles) and WR Xavier Carter (Vikings) were leading. It was awesome because I totally forgot that I had created these guys months ago in NCAA and eventually they got imported into Madden and here they are. In real life these guys will be freshman next year, but in my world they are already at the next level.

Just another cool little thing about this game.

That is really cool! I do the same thing - going on Rivals.com to create 4 or 5 top real life prospects for every season. In 2007, the best recruit in NCAA may be Myron Rolle from New Jersey. He is currently a freshman at Virginia Tech in my game. I can't wait to see how he does when he gets to Madden (surely after his junior year)....

Yeh I did the same thing. I couldnt add the recruting class for 2005 because they are only juniors now and don't have enough exposure. But Xavier Carter and the rest of his class are in their Sophmore season now. Rhett Bhomar is going to leave early from OKL, I can feel it. I created myself as a prospect and was a 3 star CB with my real stats and got recruited to Marshall from JUCO. I cant get past my 1st season in Madden to draft my players because I keep getting DDE's.
