so many other examples, this just blows my mind.

I'd LOVE if they took that time off, and just charged us for a freaking season long package of roster updates for next season.

otherwise, you will get the same game, with the SAME issues that are gamebreaking(such as what you will ask? how about the CPU by year 3 or 4 having 2 corners with a 79 speed, and a 76 speed corner covering my slot. I am sure THAT is something we can work around right? maybe by editing their mistake? oh right, we CANT edit their mistakes.

I dont think they need to scrap madden and start over. I think they need to build on what they have and make 100% commitment to realism. that being said, i'd settle for 60%

Umm, I just saw the nba 2k14 trailer for next gen that was posted today....it is night and day from current gen. It looks like most of that game was scrapped. The players ,lighting and movement isn't even the same as the current gen game.

??? So from that 5 seconds of "game video" you have draw the conclusion that 2k scrapped a decade of advancements to start completely from scratch or close to it? C'mon man could you be any more bias?

NBA Elite 11. They started from scratch with that game, and there is nowhere near enough time in a single dev cycle to pull that off.

What they should do is focus on one area at a time, and completely rework it from the ground up. Start with player mass and momentum, and work up to player interaction. Movement feels better in Madden 25 with actual foot-planting, but it still doesn't feel like the players have any weight to them.

You c'mon .. I said the player models, lighting and movement are all new. Yes I can tell from that 5 seconds....I'm that insightful And intelligent. Maddens trailer did nothing for me . It has better lighting , but some of those screens ,I can't tell current from next gen. Def not Bias, but I can see in that 20 second trailer that it is more of an upgrade than madden
