when do you upload the ncaa 14 rookies?

i just finished the 2013 season and there is no place for me to download the ncaa 14 roster file i have to import the rookies? do i have to wait untill after the 2014 season??

Should there be some pop up screen or something ? (if you are talking about 1st preseason) , cause i started multiple franchises and never saw the option to import draft class in the pre season (or at any point for that matter)

I think it's actually in Week 1 of the regular season. You have to go to the tab that gives you the practice option. There is an Import Draft Class option.
