How to adjust time length to make picks?

For fantasy draft in particular. 1:30 isn't enough time for me.

Just pause the draft. Then the timer doesn't even move and you can still make your picks.

You can't look through the players though when it's paused, can you?

if its not your turn you can't unless you have multiple people playing the CFM with you, but leave it paused and once you make your pick it will automatically move to your next pick once you made your pick
