I just went 10-6 with dallas.....to conference championship...failed...fired garret and want to sign the newly un-retired jimmy Johnson. He is asking 7m/3yrs. I have gone upto offering 35m/3 yrs and he still signs with the lions or panthers EVERYTIME i restart from save point and try increasing. I have now tried this a about 15 times....anyone have an idea on how to sign him?

EA says to have a superbowl caliber team to sign Ditka and Johnson...yet Ditka just signed with the 2-14 raiders...
