I have blocked about 5 kicks in 2 seasons. First time I had ever blocked a kick or punt in any Madden game. Mine were up the middle, as Urlacher broke thru and it would hit him in the chest usually.

I've blocked punts in each game of the preseason and a couple times in the regular season. No field goal yet though

I have never blocked one in 04, I used that stupid flaw in 02 to do it on punts a lot but havent been able to since. Sometimes I watch replays of really close ones and you see the ball going through my players finger tips or wrists even, its kind of ridiculas. Oh well Id rather have a game where you block none than block a ton of them, hopefully theyll work on it for next yr

I've only blocked one FG in '04. It was pure fluke. One time I was playing my friend and I said "blocking FGs are impossible." He then (with no Madden experience) just luckily blocks the PAT.

i'm using the Panthers in my franchise and with Morgan i broke through and went up the gut to dive instead of jump. and i dove the wrong way to so that made it worse. i had it blocked if it wasn't for pressing the wrong buttons.

I hate it when stuff like that happens. Makes you feel like you've wasted your time spending hours practicing

I blocked a feild goal a few days ago on Pro, I just broke through the middle pressed Y and he jumped and blocked it. It was great, that was my first blocked kick in 2004.
