Planting your feet

Does anyone know how to make the quarterback plant his feet when he drops back? I see the CPU do it all the time, just wondering if its possible to do. If so how?

Yeah, just don't touch anything when the quarterback is dropping back. However, beware, if you don't, the computer might throw the ball for you. Usually I just let the computer do the drop then very gently nudge the left-analog stick. This will allow for the correct drop and also give you control of the QB.

Yeah that's what I do to. Just let him do his stepping, then manuelly step up into the pocket if that's what you plan on doing. Or just nudge it like the guy above said.

Most of the time he won't throw it unless you wait to long to move the analog stick.
