Best Madden ever?

Lol. Yeah, I was going to say the best madden was NFL 2K5! Otherwise, I think I dug 06 best. That might've been the first year in awhile I played franchise a lot, and it was the only game in town. I really missed 2K that year. I think 13 is the best at this point. I think the infinity engine was a HUGE step in the right direction, but think they pulled a '1 step forward, 2 steps back' with 25. 13 had a good feel to the players. They all felt like they were doing their own thing. 25 feels a little more 'controlled' IMO. But, they finally took advice from FIFA and are 'trying' to make a game where the players are uniquely reacting and whatnot. Maybe, they'll get it right next gen with more processing power, but I'm not holding my breath.

My favorite was 12, prior to that was 05.

I didn't buy 25. I almost feel I should have now. First Madden I did not buy, ever.

it is the best one ever made i agree. but the problems that have been their for a decade are still there. the computer will do stupid things all the time like swat a ball down very hard instead of picking it off when they easily could or the defense always seems 100 times faster than the offense and they glitch to the receiver when its a pass.

05 was a classic
