Compare to NCAA This Year

Now that Madden and NCAA have been out for a few months and some people have played both I am trying to get a read on whether or not to buy Madden on PS3.

Basically this was the first year i really am enjoying NCAA but I am missing the Pro Game and I am curious as to what people think Madden does better, does worse and does as well as NCAA ? Madden was ok last year for me but I didn't feel like CCM really made me feel like it was a living league. NCAA somehow pulls this off this year to me, and it's just fun to play.

Would love some straight feedback.
