As surprising as it may sound,NFL gameday has a few solid features that madden should copy and incorporate into its upcoming release..

1.The uniform designer is by far the best on any system...the options are huge and the uniforms actually look like they woul be worn by an expansion team!
2.their choices of stadiums for created teams look much more realistic than madden in terms of design and realism.
3.the wr's actually JUMP for a pass when you press the corresponding butto.
and finally the animations for changing direction are more realistic than any other title out there,albeit a bit slow.

Like I said,these are ideas that EA should look at,I would never pretend to believe that gameday is as good as madden,but it is really taking some nice strides that i'm surprised madden hasn't yet.

i just bought gameday the other day. it's not that bad...

man I would love to have recivers jump.

When you've got a 6'4 guy who can jump, you can just toss it up there. Not in madden though.

If you are talented enough, you can jump on ever pass.

well, I got a 6'4 guy who's an 89 and he doesn't do it as much as I want.

I'm being picky though.

Ya, go into practice mode if its hard for you to do it.

You need to work on your user skills.

Is there a specific way to "jump everytime"?maybe something with the timing?cause the only one that does it on a consistent basis is randy Moss.

Yes.

Its not a like button combo or anything, its just pressing jump/catch at the right time, and being at the right position on the field, according to the target area.

Go to practice mode to learn.
