If I have a coach with an expiring contract and I'm going into the playoffs am I able to hire a new coach ? I know you can't fire a coach when heading into the playoffs but what if they have an expiring contract ? Do they make you resign them ?

I would guess you have to wait until you lose or win the superbowl to take care of that.
