Personality and Popularity

Does these two traits change during the course of a players career and if so does anyone know what make these traits go up or down? If this topic was addressed previously then I apologize for posting again but I scanned this whole forum looking clarification and could not find any. Hopefully someone can clear this up for me. Thanks...

No one knows how to increase Popularity or Personality?

I don't think you can increase them, they might auto-increase during a players career if his overall goes higher or he breaks records, but upto now, I have no clue!

I think personality stays the same but popularity is based on how well the player is playing and how many jerseys he is selling.

As what was said earlier. The popularity increases. For instance if you have a low draft pick who has say a F in personality and he becomes a starter and plays well he will increase popularity sell more jerseys etc.
