Potential Exploit to Maximize Player XP

Hi guys. I may have stumbled upon quite an exploit that could be used to gain at least 64000 XP per week for any player of choice. Please note first that I have not tested this exploit at all, and I am not certain that it is possible.

Now, the procedure:

-In CFM, find a player (or even multiple) on your user-controlled team.

-Advance your season until the next practice opportunity appears.

-Practice to earn your 2,000 XP (or even 1,000 if that is sufficient for you)

-After practicing, be certain not to advance the week

-Trade your player (or group of) to another team that is user-controlled

-Practice with those same players on this new team as well, also ensuring that you do not advance the week

-Continuously repeat this process until the players have practiced for all 32 (or however many) teams

-Finally, trade the player(s) back to your desired team

Has anyone tried this before, and can anyone confirm that it is or is not possible?

Doing one of the short practices (one that starts with only a few minutes left in 4th quarter) would make it possible to practice on several teams in less than an hour.
