I think you should look at pursuit aswell.

I always look for athleticism first off. If you are looking for a RE you could want a speed rusher or a big two gap guy. In either case, SPD str agi acc. All the rest is easy to up if they are even somewhat productive

Depends on your scheme. Are you still running their 3-4 or have you switched to 4-3? If you switched to 4-3 and still have Barkevious Mingo and/or Paul Kruger, just move them to DE.
