Player progression xp

theres something im not sure about concerning player earning xp. i have a rg who is balanced according to his player card. he is 92 in a balanced scheme for his position and a 96 in zone blocking,if i play him as zone locking will this limit the xp he earns for playing out of his best role?

always put the strategy section to match the players scheme. they get an XP boost for it and scheme has 0 effect on their play.

system is designed for people who don't know what they're doing team building wise to give them an easier time.

always match the scheme to the player and not vise versa.
