32 Team Control Question

Quickie. If I control all 32 teams but set all available options for roster management to CPU, will teams still move. Etc.
looking to do it but I just want to be able to play games other than my own team w/o sacrificing anything else. I am sure it's a dumb question. But a quick one to answer. Thanks guys

If your playing as an owner--no.
If your playing as a coach-yes.

That's my guess. I say that because there is no way a CPU team moves if it has a human owner. However, players playing as coaches have talked about their teams being moved. IE, moving is an owner's decision and the CPU must have a CPU owner to move on its own.
