Apparently Ricky Rays is a QB in the CFL who spent one season as a backup with the Jets in 2004 before getting cut and heading back to Canada. He never took a single snap in the NFL. I'd say a 65 ovr was a bit high seeing as Quincy Carter was inserted as the starting QB for the Jets in 2004 when Chad Pennington went down with an injury, and Rays still didn't see any any game action.

That is a name I haven't seen or heard in very many years. I think we was in Madden 05 free agent pool.
