M25: Running a Realistic CCM

I haven't attempted to run a realistic simulation-style franchise in Madden since Madden 12, mostly due to Madden 13 taking out the import draft class feature. So far I haven't attempted one in Madden 25.

My question is basically this: is it even possible in CCM? And if so, does anyone have any tips/ideas/suggestions for how? I don't mind controlling all 32 teams, using whatever editors are available (for 360), and going to the trouble as this is always how I did it before. I'm just not sure if CCM allows for this the same way the old franchise mode did.

So yeah, has anyone else attempted this and if so, any tips? Also, are there any editors available that would help? I've got the roster editor already, but are there any others? Perhaps an editor for NCAA draft class files? Or one that would allow me to manually edit the CCM file if need be?
