OWNER MODE OR COACH MODE

There is coach XP in owner mode.

You go to the tab/box for coaches and you can upgrade and buy packages there.

Just depends on what you're looking for. I don't like owner mode because it was almost like a joke. For example, the Oakland Raiders changed their name. I mean, really? I can't remember what team it was, but it was one of the original AFL/NFL teams were heading to London. The Cheifs or Packers aren't going anywhere. Just stuff like that turned me off of it. But I can understand some players enjoying that type of story line, but its not for me.

Coach mode is a much more realistic experience, which is what I prefer. So that's what I go with.
