Maybe try creating a new profile and starting from scratch? Or delete the downloaded roster and re-download it.

I have the retail version and it is not fixed. The problem is not with the original roster but the new "updated" roster through EA. The original rosters all of the missing players are there. But with EAs official roster, all those guys are free agents. If you don't auto reorder the depth chart, the missing people are all blank players #0 from the bears, real weird.

I have the retail version. Had the early release as well. On the last roster update of the early release it did this. When I got home from midnight release with my retail copy, I was prompted with a download at startup and a new roster update. Fixed all issues for me. I'm on 360 btw.

Fixed. I deleted the title update and the official roster update and re downloaded them and the rosters are working correctly, woohoo
