How do you get penalties?

Seems Ive adjusted the penalty sliders every game yet cannot get one anymore. Had a couple early in the year, including a very rare pass interference. Now I get zero for either team.
Is there a "magic" slider set that gets them. Ive jacked them all up, used default, used the range that worked in the past for me.

its annoying. takes away from the game.

I get a few a game but its mostly the same ones called over and over.

FM 51
DPI 99
OPI 99
KR/PR 50
C 54
IG 10
RTP 50
RTK 50


now with these I only get false start, holding, facemask, clipping, roughing the passer.


I've yet to see a DPI or OPI called in the game... at any settings I've tried in 50.... upper 70,80's even tried lowering them and nothing.


I have had other ones called that aren't listed like illegal touch, late hit, and even unsportsman like or something like that only see that one once.

thanks..will try them out. I actually had a Pass Interference called. Probably the 1st one ive seen in years. Yeah Madden.."its in the game".

I think the sliders have a matching offset slider. for example
OPI and DPI set at 99 wont give you any of these calls cause they cancel each other out, but if you set DPI at 99 and OPI at 1 you'll see pass interference called

reason I say this is because I wasnt getting any OPI or DPI calls until I set the DPI slider to 1 and left the OPI at 50. since then Ive had OPI and DPI called in my games, as well as other penalty calls.

dont know if this is a coincidence but its worth testing.

I've had two Def PI and one OFF PI in about twenty games without touching the sliders. I've had to turn up the holding penalty to over 70 to get any holding.

i'll have to try those setting im tired of my wr's getting mugged out there.
