M25 Progression

What's the overall consensus here with player progression? From what u understand, the cpu doesn't practice and progress it's players as the human player does. That would make an obvious unlevel playing field. So is it best to have the players set to progress at the end of the year and not practice during the year? I'm new to 25 so trying to learn all of this. Any tips regarding this topic is appreciated. Thanks.

Yes , set progression to end of the year , dont use practice for your team as it will give you huge unfair advantage against cpu and progress all "main" players for 32 teams at the end of the season .

Ah ok, good to know. I'll definitely take that approach. So you control all 32 teams and then progress each team at the end of each season? How long does that normally take you?
