KC Scheme X's and O's talk

I am copying off Warren D's post about the Ravens on another board. It seems like this year I jump from the Ravens to KC when playing online. I feel like KC is a poor mans 49ers/Hawks on D and has little more to offer then the Ravens on offense. As for offense. I been re-thinking my scheme in terms of going to a ground and pound base and go outward to a spread offense custom with alot of quick hitting runs (tosses, iso, and option) and for passing more west coast stuff. I been using my 5 Wide West Coast Spread Attack that I posted on here. On Defense I am going a mix bag of 3-4. 4-3, 46, and Nickle. As for my depth chart. The only changes I make is as followed:

HB: charles, thomas, davis (3 head beast rushing attack from pistol fullhouse)
TE: Kelce, and Fasano. I may have give harris more of a look.
DE: Ford and Bailey
DT: Poe and mix in Walker
MLB: Make sure Derrick Johnson is in (he been out of the starting lineup for the past few roster updates.

I mix in the LB rush package alot to add speed to the nickle, qtr, and 3 man fronts.

Wouldn't start ford at defensive end. Can't stop the run worth a lick, and has no skills to get off the line unless you put work on him.. What I did was build him up all first year, traded tamba in the 2nd year and now ford starts at OLB..

Devito does a good job at end no need to move him
