Updated Rosters for 2004?

I was thinking about creating the draft picks of the teams in the draft and was wondering if anyone has a roster file of all the off-season transactions that have occurred so far. Any help would be great.

I just downloaded a guys rosters from the codejunkies website and it has all transactions through april 19. They look pretty good. I am going to create rookies now.

Just be careful with the created players because it will freeze your franchise. Exhibition mode will work fine but Franchise will freeze.
