Madden 2004 PS2 - Relocation Endzone Art

I haven't tested this in a very long time but do you guys remember if when you Relocated in Madden 2004 if the endzone art would change or how that even worked? I seem to remember that you could relocate to many more cities and had more overall customization options available than Madden 25 or 15.
