does anybody know if we will be able to create coaches this year in madden franchise mode with the owner mode on?

we were able to last year but only with owner mode off, I was hoping this year to be able to do it with owner mode on.

I don't remember seeing anything on it, but I assume it's going to be the same as last year.

If they dont mention it, its usually the same or not there.
