I was wondering if you play franchise mode as a coach and you get fired for poor performance, can you switch teams and get hired by another team in franchise or does the game force you to restart your franchise? Also, if you win alot can you be offered another job or are you just stuck with one team in franchise ?

It depends on how successful your record was in previous years. If say, you went 2-14 in your first year and got fired, don't expect teams to be lining up to sign you. If you had a successful record in the past and slumped for 2 or 3 years and are fired, there is a good chance that a team will make you an offer at which point you will continue your franchise in the year where you left off, just with a new team.

You can demand release in the off-season so you are never stuck with the same team. However if you don't get hired by another team you are forced to retire.
