Why doesn't Parcells let his likeness be used in video games?

I'm pretty sure there's a Coach's Association much like the Player's Association. Maybe Parcells isn't a part of it.

It's funny cuz last year he ( My fav coach Bill Parcells) was in ESPN last year but this year he isn't. He wasn't in Madden last year so I'm assuming he won't be in this year either.

but what Im sayin is remember in the other versions(pre-04)you could edit your coach right before you started the franchise...that would solve the no parcells probably for me so im wondering did they bring that back into the game because u couldnt last year
