the team ratings are different in franchise than they are in exhibition, for example the raider offense is rated 69 after one game i played against the steelers i lost 20-17 and my offense in the next game was rated 86, anybody else see this?

ya in the 1st week of preseason like all of the good FAs got signed and guess what.everyteam was rated a 80 or higher
