I just did a draft the other day, focusing only on young players. I kept restarting the draft until I got high enough to get LaDainian Tomlinson. He's the oldest player on my team at 25.
Since I was making a run at young players, I ended up with both Eli Manning and Drew Henson. My passing game was a little shaky at first... I'm also not a big Eli fan. Out of curiosity, I looked around the league and saw Chad Pennington on the trading block. Upon closer inspection, their team also had Michael Vick. I did the following trade:
Drew Henson, 1st round pick, 2nd round pick
for
Michael Vick, 3rd round pick, 4th round pick
Quite the steal in my opinion.
I figured I didn't really need the draft picks anyways because my team is so young. Here's my roster (with their respective rating, and age in parenthesis):

I run lots of dime and quarter coverages, as well as the occasional goal line defense for the run-happy teams. So as soon as I have my starters set, I immediately go after a #3 CB, #4 CB, #2 FS, and #3 DE. Then I snag my #2 QB, #2 HB, and #4 WR. After that, it's pretty much a crapshoot.
So far my team is 3-1. I can't wait until all these guys mature... championship city! It's a very fun team to play with, definitely my favorite of all the drafts I've done over the years.
