I agree. It takes a while to get used to blah graphics and presentation, but the gameplay is very polished.

Sure ESPN's graphics are better, but I think Madden's look quite polished on their own. The color pallet is much better in Madden as well, something that is being overlooked by almost everyone.

Madden 05 is terrible. As a madden fan, i am disappointed. The "D" fense AI is garbage. The graphics is second class compared to ESPN,,why EA can't give us this or work hard to give is a game that is truely superior. They have us year after year paying 49.99 for a upgrade version. I am taking my game back to the store. ESPN is the winner this year.

I really like the graphics, don't know what you all hate about them. They're sharp, detailed, and colorful. Good stuff all around. ESPN's are better, but not that much better. Geeze.

I agree, Madden is only lacking in the extras. IGN nailed it best when they said "ESPN is the sizzle and Madden is the steak". I don't think anything sums it up better this year.

I am having a blast playing Madden, it really is alot better then last years version.
